Through our work, we strive to make the pie bigger. When you work with us, it isn’t just about what we do, it’s about what we believe in. We don’t recruit, promote, or even sign contracts solely for financial ends. Our company objectives always cover social, environmental and financial goals, and these are achieved through the objectives of each employee. To help us meet all these diverse goals, employees spend at least 20% of their time on secular volunteering projects. The primary beneficiary in 2018 is Manchester Statistical Society.
From the Chinese word 复杂, meaning “Complexity”, Fuza was founded to help companies with complex problems, reducing them to the simplest possible objectives, so that we can solve them more easily.
In 2017, we started to specialise our effort to the data-driven agile culture space. In order to bring the best talent to solve each problem, Fuza maintains a wide network of mathematicians, students and professionals who can help with specialist problems.
